Libraries

Create a library for every event and come back to the ones you already have.

Step by step

  • “New library” → the event's name.
  • Inside, add an album and a gallery, then upload photos.
  • Publish them and press “Share”.

Good to know

  • A library is a place for years — later sessions with the same client can go into the same library.
  • Everything new starts as a draft. Recipients see a gallery only when the gallery, its album and its library are all published.
  • Archiving takes a library out of circulation: recipients can't open it and it leaves this list. Its links are not revoked — restore it from the Archive view (it comes back as a draft), publish it, and they work again.
  • A filled number on a library counts new comments, hearts and approvals waiting for you.
Questions
Library, album, gallery — why three levels?

Library = the event, album = part of the day, gallery = the set of photos the client looks at.

Can the client see a draft?

No. Only what is published reaches recipients, and only through a link that opens it.
