Counters
- A filled number — next to Libraries in the menu, on a library, an album or a gallery, and on the Activity tab — counts new comments, hearts, reports and approvals.
- Opening the place clears its number; opening Activity clears the tab's.
- A grey number on a tab only counts things (albums, photos, links); the filled one asks for your attention.
The bell
- The bell at the top of the menu opens Notifications in the side panel: what clients did recently, newest first. What is new since you last opened it is marked.
Good to know
- Everyone in the team has their own counts; assistants don't see them.
