Every door you have handed out — across all libraries at once.

Two views

  • Links — every link from every library: what it opens, for whom, its state and when it was last used.
  • Contacts — the same links seen through the contacts they were made for.

The row's menu

  • Edit what the link opens and its rules, set a password, create or copy the access code and the permanent link, see its activity and the e-mails sent for it, block or revoke it.
  • Links are made on a library or an album page — “Share” in its header (“New share” here takes you to the libraries).
  • Tick what the link opens → who it is for (a name, optionally an e-mail) → the rules (downloads, details before download, password, expiry, permanent link) → “Create link”.
  • The client does not need an account.
Questions
Link or code?

The link for texts and e-mail, the access code to read out over the phone. Both open the same thing.

Link or permanent link?

The link is for one person or a family; the permanent link is a public address with a preview card, for a post. See “Link and permanent link”.

What if the client forwards the link?

Whoever has it gets in. Set a password or an expiry; you can always block the link.
