Step by step
- Drop the files (JPG, PNG, WebP; RAW stays with you).
- Wait for the previews → pick a cover.
- Publish the gallery → “Share”.
Tabs
- Photos — what is in the gallery: upload, order, covers, captions, highlights.
- Approvals / Selection — only in an approval or selects gallery: the answers, link by link, and the lock.
- Shares — the album's links that open this gallery.
- Activity — the library's timeline narrowed to this gallery.
- Settings — name, description, downloads, the first view, and the gallery's own answers to the settings.
In the header
- The Public / Private pill decides which links see the gallery.
- “Add files” uploads photos; you can also drop or paste them on the Photos tab.
- The “⋯” menu holds the Trash (deleted photos, 7 days) and Publications (versions sent from Lightroom).
