Photos
- Delete one photo or a selection; they move to the Trash (the gallery's “⋯” menu → Trash).
- “Restore” puts a photo back in the gallery. Each photo says how long it has left.
Libraries, albums and galleries
- Deleting one hides it from recipients at once. It is kept for 7 days and can be restored in that time; after that it disappears together with its photos.
- To restore: on the list it was on (Libraries, a library's Albums, an album's Galleries) switch the view to “Recently deleted” and press “Restore”. Each row says until when.
- The restored item comes back as a draft — publish it when you're ready. Whatever was deleted together with it (a library's albums and galleries) comes back as it was; anything you had deleted on its own before stays in its own “Recently deleted”.
- An album or gallery inside a deleted library can't be restored on its own — restore the library first.
- Anything a live link leads to can't be deleted — revoke those links first.
Good to know
- On the Free plan a gallery with no active link goes to the trash by itself after 30 days. It can be restored once its library has a live link again (or on a plan without that rule) — otherwise it would go straight back.
- A restored approval or selection gallery made this month counts toward the month's limit again.
