What a highlight is
A highlight says one thing about a photo: this is one of my best. It is not a second gallery and it does not make a photo free or paid.
Recipients see a small star on the thumbnail and can switch the gallery between everything and the photographer's picks only.
How to set them
- In Studio — “Highlight” on a photo, or in its preview.
- From Lightroom — Studio settings → “Highlights from Lightroom”: a rule for the whole studio by stars and colour label. It is applied at every publication.
Good to know
- A highlight you change by hand in Studio stays as you left it — the next publication from Lightroom does not overwrite it.
- A gallery can open on the picks instead of everything: its Settings → Behavior → First view.
