* On Free, a gallery that no live link has reached for 30 days goes to the trash for 7 days (you get two emails first) — restore it or send a new link. Leaving a paid plan deletes nothing at once: links get 30 days, and storage over the plan goes to the trash after 60 days, oldest galleries first. Passwords, private galleries, licences and the download log stay.
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Stripe issues the invoice. Storage over the plan is on by default with a €10 monthly cap — switch it off or change the cap in Studio.
Does the client need an account?
No. A link or a short code is the whole key. An account is optional — it keeps open libraries in one place so they survive a change of phone.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new account starts with a 14-day trial on Pro limits (20 GB), no card. After the trial you stay on the free plan (2 GB, links live 30 days) or choose Simple, Pro or Studio — nothing disappears overnight.
How is Simple different from Pro?
Simple is delivery to private clients: permanent links, passwords, Selects and a download log, files up to 2880 px. Pro adds what commercial work needs: originals, “who downloaded” with name and email first, a licence to accept, signed approvals and private galleries.
What if I run out of storage?
On Free uploads stop at 2 GB. On paid plans you keep uploading and pay per started GB of the month’s average over the plan (€0.10 on Simple, €0.06 on Pro and Studio). It is capped at €10 a month — change the cap or switch it off in Studio, so the invoice never surprises you.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A year costs ten months — two are free. Change plans any time: up at once, down at the end of the paid period.
Will I get an invoice with a VAT number?
Yes. Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe; you get an invoice with your VAT number and the right VAT on every payment.
Where do my photos live?
In the cloud, reachable only through signed, expiring URLs. There are no public file links and no ads or tracking.
Built by a photographer, not a software house
I shoot sport and events. I'd had enough of links that expire and "could you resend it?" a year after the shoot. ShutterID is the tool I wanted for myself: you hand over the photos once, and the control stays with you.
